Our commitment
Larasin has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), on our platform.
This page explains what content is prohibited, how to report it, and what actions we take to protect children on Larasin.
Prohibited content
In line with our Terms of Service, users are strictly prohibited from uploading, sharing, soliciting, or promoting the following on Larasin:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, including images, videos, text, or links to such material
- Content that exploits, sexualizes, or endangers children, including grooming or soliciting sexual contact with a child
- Content that promotes or facilitates the sexual exploitation of children in any form
Accounts that violate this policy are acted on immediately — see "What we do" below.
How to report
You can report suspicious content or accounts directly from the Larasin app (web and mobile):
- Posts — use the report menu on a post, choosing "Inappropriate" or "Other"
- User profiles — use the report menu on a profile page
- Direct message conversations — use the report menu on a conversation thread
You can also report by email at contact@larasin.com, or via our Report a Problem page.
You can also block another user at any time from their profile — this stops interaction and follows between both accounts.
What we do
Every report is reviewed by the Larasin team. We aim to act on reports — including child-safety reports — within 24 hours. For violations related to child safety, we take decisive action, including:
- Hiding or removing the violating content
- Permanently disabling or removing the account(s) involved
- Reporting the incident to the relevant authorities where required (see below)
Uploaded text is also scanned with a prohibited-phrase filter (including CSAM-related terms) before it is published. We do not claim automated media-hash scanning until that is actually implemented.
Cooperation with authorities
Larasin complies with applicable child safety laws in Indonesia and cooperates with law enforcement, including reporting suspected CSAE/CSAM to the relevant authorities as needed for investigations.
Age requirement
Larasin is intended for users aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16 — see our Privacy Policy § Children for details.
